The Grand Hyatt hotel

Walking into the lobby shown in the photo makes all the nonsense outside far away. I have been staying here for the 20 years and I still love it , I have a Grand Hyatt customer card and I used it while checking in. The concierge informed me that I had not stayed there since 2004 in a scolding manner. Like it was my fault.
